1. Credit Card Security You can safely enter your credit card number via our server, which encrypts all submitted information. We will never share your information.
2. Payment Method We accept: American Express, Discover Card, MasterCard, and Visa.
3. Shipping Destinations Website orders are shipped only to locations within the continental 48 states. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
4. Shipping to a Different Address You may ship to a different address than the billing address. Proceed to checkout. On the screen that shows the payment method, scroll down and at the bottom of this screen select the "Change Address" option.
5. Shipping Options Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. After you have proceeded to the checkout, you may select another UPS shipping option.
6. Shipping Rates Please note that the shipping charges are based on the total weight of the items purchased. You must select all items and proceed to the checkout to get shipping charges. Free shipping on orders for $50.00 or more.
7. Shipping time from Factory Orders usually ship in 1-2 business days. On occasion if an item is not available we will notify you by email.

9. Pens A. Pens are NON-TOXIC

B. Pens may dry out, or not react properly if the cap is left off too long.
Purple Pen: Soak tip in about 2 inches of clean water for 10 minutes. Wipe excess off the tip.
Orange Pen, Green Pen, or White Yes & Know Pen: Immerse tip in clean water for a maximum of one minute. Sometimes excessive or constant rubbing pressure may cause the end of the tip to glaze over, restricting flow of ink. This can be corrected by punching a series of holes in the end of the tip with a pin or thumbtack.

C. You can order replacement pens on the catalog category page. Click on "Replacement Pens" or simply send $1.00 to cover postage and handling to: Lee Publications, P.o. Box 32120, Louisville, Ky 40232-2120. Be sure to specify which pen is needed: Purple, Orange, Green, or Yes & Know.

D. The ink from these pens may appear to stain. Most marks can easily be removed with any over-the-counter rust remover. Look in the laundry aisle at your local store by spot removers.
10. The Magnetic Fun Tin Products Contains NO LEAD HAZARD. Magnet material contains no latex. Warning: Choking Hazard - small parts - not for children under 3 years old.
